As Justin Bieber heads into his birthday weekend, we're sure the newly legal star has some big plans to celebrate. To get an idea of what a Justin Bieber 18th Birthday Mega Bash might look like, we turned to party planner to the stars Colin Cowie, who dished on how he'd plan out the Bieb's big par-tay. "Since it's his first real big birthday and he really plays to a big world, he deserves a big party," Cowie said. "And I would pull out all the stops." Everything from the location to the food to the entertainment has to live up to Bieber's celebrity, but also has to still feel intimate. "I'd take a great nightclub and throw a fabulous party in a nightclub, not too big ... invite 200 of his best friends," he explained, suggesting Manhattan hot spot the Double Seven as a possible location.

"I think I would use a combination of a DJ to start with, get the crowd going, add a couple live musicians just to build the energy and then have a live band," he said of the entertainment. "And maybe Usher puts together a great musical repertoire, invites someone like Beyoncé, who I know Justin has a huge, big crush on." In addition to the A-list entertainment, the chow also has to be top-notch. "I wouldn't serve a sit-down dinner, I wouldn't serve a buffet, but have a series of stations showcasing some of his favorite foods," he said. "We know he loves spaghetti, so I'd have a spaghetti bar with six different spaghettis. We know that he loves tacos, maybe do a taco bar with five different margaritas, maybe do virgin ones for those who can and those who can't. Of course, [there would be] an amazing, over-the-top birthday cake." In the end, though, Cowie notes it's all about making it memorable. "Make sure it's the party of the lifetime with a well-thought-out beginning, middle and end," he said. "And you'll wake up the next morning and say 'Oh my god, that was the best night of my life.' " While we don't know how he will end up celebrating the big occasion, Bieber did give MTV News a hint. "My birthday, I'm going to hang out with my friends and family," he said. "Have a little get-together; nothing too crazy." With the guest list still unknown, it seems like there is one unexpected pal who is looking forward to the fete. "Happy Birthday @JustinBieber. Check your mail for something cool I sent to the house," Mike Tyson tweeted on Thursday (March 1), teasing a birthday party planned for Friday. "See you tomorrow buddy." How do you think Bieber will be celebrating his 18th birthday?
